Come and fly with us! Aerial hoop classes are a great and fun way to build up strength and confidence whilst flying through the air. Don’t worry, we know how to keep you safe and even beginners can join these classes. We will take you through each stage in terms of your individual ability. You’ll be surprised what you can achieve.
What to Wear/Bring:
Please wear leggings, a top that covers both back and tummy, sometimes a long sleeved top will also be necessary. do not wear loose clothing as you don’t want anything to get caught on the equipment. Leg warmers/Long socks or/and extra layers are recommended. Bring a bottle of water to keep you refreshed.
