Want to increase your flexibility, strengthen your muscles, centre your thoughts, and find some relaxation and calm? Yoga does all that and more!
Yoga uses asanas (postures), focused concentration on specific body parts, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to integrate the body with mind and mind with soul.
In our hour long classes we guide you through your practice from beginners to advanced levels. We concentrate on specific areas and goals, i.e. opening the hips or increasing shoulder mobility, while using the thread of breathe and mindfulness to connect our bodies and heart, to leave you both stronger and more balanced in every way.

What to Wear/Bring:

Wear clothes that feel comfortable – leggings and t-shirt can be ideal. Bring a bottle of water to keep you refreshed.

TIMES: Thursday (Every other week) at 8pm, Friday at 12:30pm and Saturdays at 3pm
