Classique Basics is perfect for you to learn body movement and flow with the pole. Working on transitions, floor work, body rolls and more. Bring your heels for this class (although not required) and get your sexy on. The class is amazing for confidence, and a place to be sexy in a safe environment. Majority of lessons include a classique style routine.

You will have needed to attend a couple of beginners classes before booking classique.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
Leggings, a t-shirt or vest top. Heels are optional and knee pads advised. Bottle of water and of course any grip products that you need 😀
