This one hour long class concentrating on functional strength rather than cosmetics.  The perfect conditioning class to accompany your aerial and pole classes.  It includes a mixture of ab attack, legs bums and tums, and flex and tone. It is designed to deliver a high impact cardio workout with muscular strength and endurance exercises to target it the core, legs, bums and not forgetting arms. It also includes a relaxing cool down to help develop flexibility and relax the mind.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
Please wear leggings/jogging bottoms, a t-shirt or vest tops. Bring a bottle of water with you, as you will definitely get thirsty.
